Drive Sales using Promotions configured using Smart Quote!

Velosity is the Quoting + Scheduling solution for the built-to-order (BTO) business. Velosity offers two paths for quoting: 1) Smart Quote, 2) Quote Builder. Smart Quote provides a "car like" ordering experience - dramatically transforming your sales process (faster response to RFQ, reduced SG&A expense). Enable your sales team to give a customer a price and a delivery date while on the phone - independent of a lengthy technical inside sales process! Quote in sixty seconds or less!

Create a Promotion

A new feature to manage Promotions has been added to Velosity. Any lineitem - whether created by Smart Quote or Basic Quote - can be used to create a promotion. Only ADMIN role users can create, edit or delete promotions.

After initial creation from a line item, details can be updated: 1) name, 2) expiration date, 3) offer price. The most recent 5 promotions are displayed on the Velosity home view. Once the expiration date has passed, the Promotion will be hidden from the Promotions list view and Velosity home view.

From the Promotions detail view, a user can add the Promotion to any Sales Quote they have created and is in DRAFT status.
